If your certificate or testamur has been lost, damaged or stolen, you can apply for a replacement certificate.  Current fees are listed on our Replacement Testamurs webpageIn addition to the application form, you will also need to return the original Testamur, Academic Transcript and AHEGS statement (if one was issued at the time of graduation). If the original testamur has been lost or stolen, you need to provide a statutory declaration with the application.

You will need to allow up to 8 weeks for processing your application as requests must be verified and then endorsed by FedUni Council and Academic Board before printing. The replacement testamur will be from Federation University Australia and will include the words "This is a replacement testamur" at the bottom of the page.

You should contact the Graduations Office if you have any more questions.
