Many students are eligible for a 50% discount on all public transport in Victoria. To receive a concession a VPT Concession form (pdf, 136) must be submitted and a VPT concession card must be purchased. Note that a Federation University ID card on its own does not entitle you to a concession fare.
Postgraduate or part-time students are not eligible for concession fares. If you have a Health Care Card, this will give you concessions on public transport.
Staff in Student HQ at your campus will be able to complete the Institution declaration.
