This fee is charged to higher education students to maintain and improve services and amenities to support a wide range of student needs. The Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF) provides funding for things such as sporting and recreational activities, health and wellbeing services, employment and career advice as well as independent student representation structures.

All domestic higher education students, both full time and part time, will be charged this fee each semester. Eligible students can access SA-HELP to defer payment of this fee which will be added to your accumulated HELP loan. You can check the eligibility criteria listed on the SSAF website for more information. SA-HELP is set up during the enrolment process in mySC.

For further information about the SSAF, visit the Student Services and Amenities Fee webpage.
