Your application is assessed on the basis of your formal qualifications, background or experience, and whether you meet specific requirements for the program, as listed in the Entry Requirements in the Course Finder entry. Quotas are set for some programs, so the level of demand for certain programs may have some influence on whether you are offered a place. It is a good idea to check these requirements before you begin your application.
If you are a VTAC applicant you may be eligible for the Special Entry Access Scheme. Direct applicants may be able to apply under one of the categories in the Fed Access and Equity Scheme.
If you don't meet the entry requirements for a program, there may be alternative pathways for you to get the qualification that you want.
