A Hold or Negative Service Indicator may have been placed on your account due to non-payment of fees or charges such as on library books. A Hold may prevent you from enrolling or re-enrolling, viewing results, graduating, receiving an academic transcript, using the library or computer services.

You will be able to access the details as to why the hold has been placed on your account in mySC. There are a number of payment options available including paying via mySC or you could contact Student HQ at your campus for assistance.

Please note that there will be a delay of up to 48 hours following the payment of the outstanding amounts for access to all activities to be reinstated.
