Before logging in to my Student Centre for the first time you must set a password.
To set your password:
- Find your username. This is the Student ID number included in your offer letter.
- Visit the Password self-service and follow the prompts.
Your password is changed at the Password Self-service website.
Student passwords must be:
- at least 8 characters long, and
- must have at least 1 number ( eg 0-9), and
- must be a completely new password that you have not used before.
Staff passwords must be:
- at least 9 characters long, and
- must have at least 1 number ( eg 0-9),
- must have at least one special character or symbol (eg. @, #, %) and
- must be a completely new password that you have not used before.
