If you are studying at another university and you want to study one or more courses/subjects at Federation University , this is known as incoming cross-institutional enrolment. Your home university must approve the Federation course/s that you will study, to ensure that the Federation courses will be credited to your program at your home university. If you don’t have approval then the course may not be credited. It is important that you begin this process early due to the time involved in finalising approvals at your home uni and at Federation in time for the start of the semester.

You need to submit a Cross-Institutional Study (Incoming) form (pdf, 337kb). Please note the checklist on the last page of the form.

When you have completed your cross-institutional study, you will need to take a transcript of your Federation University result to your home university to add to your academic record.
