International students
Before deciding to transfer, we encourage you to chat with support staff at your Partner Provider or International Compliance about your options.
If you wish to transfer to a different Education Provider (University) within the first six calendar months of your program, you need to apply for a Release by submitting an Application for Transfer between Registered Providers (pdf, 674kb). Without being approved for Release, you will not be eligible to enrol with another education provider. More information on changing providers or withdrawing can be found on our ESOS Information webpages.
If you have completed the six calendar months at Federation and want to transfer to another university, you should submit an 'Amend your Program Status' form (pdf, 354kb) to your Partner Provider or International Compliance along with evidence to support your reasons for wishing to withdraw from all studies with FedUni. Please read the form carefully, particularly the information regarding financial liability.
Domestic students
