Is there a minimum English language requirement for international students to enter FedUni programs?

Yes, as an international student you have to demonstrate that you meet the minimum English language requirements for your chosen course. The English language requirement for general programs, such as art, business, IT and general science is an Academic IELTS (or equivalent) overall score of 6.0, with no band less than 6.0. Some programs will require higher scores, you should refer to the specific course information in Course Finder. Note that test results must be no more that 2 years old.

Federation University offers English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programs for students who have not met the required level of English to enter their desired course. The specific English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) program will be determined by your IELTS score. The length of the EAP program varies from 5 weeks to 20 weeks.
