Why can't I see my Moodle units for this semester?

Your Moodle units for each semester should be available one to two weeks before classes begin. Note that when you enrol or change your enrolment, it can take up to 48 hours for the Moodle unit to show.

By default, all new Moodle units are hidden until the lecturer or Unit Coordinator is ready for the students to access the contents. The lecturers make these visible/accessible from the Moodle home page and from the My Classes list.

If you can't see a Moodle unit, you should first check in myStudent Centre to confirm that you are currently enrolled in the class. If you have a problem with your enrolment, you should contact Student HQ at your home campus or with Administration at your partner location. If you are enrolled correctly then the Moodle unit will be made available in due course by the lecturer.

If you still have problems viewing your unit(s) in Moodle, contact your Unit Coordinator or Lecturer.
