Federation University seeks to provide you with a fair, safe and productive study environment. We aim to resolve complaints and concerns in a transparent, consistent, fair and timely manner. 

If you have a complaint, concern or enquiry about the way something is going, there is a clear process to follow to ensure your voice is heard.  Most issues can be dealt with by talking to the person concerned. If this approach doesn’t work, you can make contact with the relevant Student Grievance Officers for your area or you can lodge a complaint online.  The Student Advisory Service are also available to discuss your options.
