If you need to send a form, completed application or other document to Federation University via email, please consider the size of the files that you are sending or attaching. Emails that are close to or exceed 10mb may not be delivered.
It is suggested that you reduce the file sizes by using:
- reduced size PDF (via the Save As Other option in Adobe Acrobat)
- PDF Squeezer (or similar software)
- compressed picture images in Word documents (via the Picture Tools, Compress Pictures)
- AVOID picture formats, such as jpeg
If you have multiple larger files to email, you can send these in separate email messages rather than adding them all to one message which is over-sized.
