If you need to have an Education / qualification Verification of a current or former student, the University requires that written authorisation is given by the student. The authorisation must include the following information:
- Student's full name (as enrolled)
- Date of birth
- Student number (if known)
- Date/year of study
- Program Name
- Student Signature
The authorisation and your request can be submitted online or by post.
