Federation University has an early 'Check Point' to invite you to discuss study options with your coordinator to help you to get back on track and succeed in your studies.

If you haven't been attending classes, have not submitted or failed the first assessment task, if you haven't accessed Moodle or your lecturer believes that you are struggling, you will receive an email or letter letting you know that we are here to support you.

Many students have some difficult times while they are studying. We have skilled staff who have access to many resources to assist you, and we will make every effort to help you. We recommend that you contact your Course Coordinator to have a chat about how you are going. You can also access some great resources at the Study Skills site, or make use of the varied services in the Students Learning and Study area of the Federation website. If you are not certain about which service might suit your needs, have a talk to the ASK Service.
