Student Support staff help with social and welfare support for all international, refugee and migrant students at Federation University. We know that students from Culturally and Linguistically-Diverse (CALD) backgrounds have specific, and very diverse needs.
Our Multicultural Officers provide:
- Orientation sessions to help you access key University services and learn more about life in Australia
- Activities and excursions so that you can meet other students
- Information about and referrals to University and community services including Centrelink, counselling, childcare, academic support and accommodation
- A place to relax and just have a casual conversation, if you need someone to talk to
