An Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) is an online form that all domestic students who have been offered Commonwealth assistance must complete in order to receive the assistance offered.
Commonwealth assistance may include a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP), or help to pay for your study through a HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP or SA-HELP loan, or a VET Student Loan (VSL). An eCAF must be submitted for each type of assistance.
