Pop-up blockers are common add-ons to web browsers and will need to be disabled (or at least configured to "trust" Federation University websites). Here are some links with simple instructions for various browsers:

- Internet Explorer (Please select your version of Internet Explorer from the 'older versions of Internet Explorer' toward the bottom of the site).

Antivirus/Firewall protection software:
If any of your computer protection software includes pop-up blocking features, you will need to disable those features. To do this, you will have to consult the documentation included with the software.
