Higher education students can access our Student Careers and Employment Service, which aims to assist students in planning for their careers and securing part-time employment while studying.
Edge is an online portal that all Higher Education students have access to, connecting them with important services and opportunities including:
- Make an appointment with a Career Advisor, the Federation Advantage team and other university services
- Develop and upload resumes and browse a range of jobs
- Practice interview skills using our online mock interview tool
- Find volunteer roles and gain recognition through the Federation Advantage program
In addition, TAFE students have access to the Skills and Jobs Centre, which extends its services to the wider Ballarat community. This Centre offers training programs, career guidance, and local labour market advice to TAFE students and the general public alike.
