Your personal information is kept private in line with the Victorian Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and Health Records Act 2001.  

Federation University Australia only collects personal information by lawful and fair means.  So long as it is reasonable and practicable to do so, your personal information will only be collected directly from you. Information collected is for internal use by the University and is not provided to a third party unless authorised or required by law. If we plan to collect information for sharing with a third party, this will be clearly stated at the point of collection and you will have the option of declining to provide information.  The general rule is that FedUni will not use or disclose personal information other than for the primary purposes for which it was collected.
