Update on myStudentCentre

You can update the following details under the Personal Information tile in myStudentCentre.

  • address

  • personal email

  • preferred email

  • phone number

  • emergency contact

  • preferred name

  • USI

Update using the request form

You can update the following details via the Amend your personal details request form (PDF 137kb)

  • name

  • gender

Submit your form on the Enquiry and Application Portal

  1. Download and complete the Amend your personal details request form (PDF 137kb)

  2. Login to the Enquiry and Application Portal using your student email address, Student ID and password

  3. Select 'Category' General - information

  4. In 'Sub category', click the blue 'Toggle filter' button on the top left, then search 'Personal Details'. Select 'Personal Details Amendment'

  5. Briefly tell us about your question, ie. personal details amendment

  6. Click 'Submit your question'

  7. Attach your form on the next page.
