You can request a new student plan from our Student Administration team via the Enquiry and Application Portal or through a one-to-one booking. Due to the complexity of enrolment and progression advice, student plans are not available through walk-in enquiries or calls.

You may need a student plan if you:

  •  don't know what courses to enrol in

  • want to change your study load to part-time or back to full time

  • return from leave

  • want to check you're on track to graduate at a particular time

  • need to change your major, minor or specialisation, or if you need help selecting courses within these

  • need advice about cross-institutional enrolment

  • have been approved by your program coordinator or via expression of interest to complete a Semester Long Exchange or participate in a short study tour
